secBo series - GSM Wireless Smart Alarm System
The unit doesn't send text messages, neither make phone calls. How to solve this problem?
First of all, please make sure you have connected the antenna to the alarm host. Then, please try to follow the power on sequence below:
1) Do not turn on the DC voltage. Plug the AC power adaptor to the alarm host first. 2) After the system finished initialization, please see if the GSM LED flash. 3) If the GSM LED flashed, turn on the DC voltage switch as well. 4) Try to trigger the alarm to see if it can call/sms you. Or you can try to call the alarm host as well. Please also make sure the following conditions for the SIM card: 2) The SIM card is not password protected. 3) The SIM card does not have any phone number stored. 4) The SIM card has enough credits to make/receive phone calls.
Please feel free to let us know if you have any other question.
